ClearBrand were asked to create a new brand direction for Greenbrook Healthcare, who run 15 GP Practices & Urgent Care Centres across London. The group who didn’t have an established look needed to appeal to two consumer groups.The first were GPs, Nurses and clinical staff from a recruitment perspective. The second was the end user / patient receiving treatment.
ClearBrand helped organise a research phase with Multiple stakeholder levels. At this stage please see the dropbox link in the email.
Stage 1 – Research
We undertook Q&A sessions with the client. We then filtered this into a results document to feed back to management.
Stage 2 – Collation of Research
We then collated this into main themes.
Stage 3 – Narrative / Messaging
An employee value proposition (EVP) was created from this, which aiding the forming of the brief for the branding project narrative. The idea of working “Together…” and “Putting patients first “ became the cornerstones of the brand.
Stage 4 – Brand Guidelines
Brand guidelines were then produced. See further comments…
Inspired by the research and we worked on creating a visual narrative/concept of working together. We introduced a graphic device we named the “Greenbrook Lifeline”. Two lines taken from their newly designed logo design flow through a series of feel-good photographs of the staff and patients (taken by ClearBrand). The two lines illustrate the close parallel relationship between the practitioners and the patients treated by Greenbrook staff.
Our work with Greenbrook included: Logo Generation, Messaging, Brand Guidelines, Icon sets, Signage, Stationery, Photography and Print items across 15 sites in London.
Greenbrook now have an established visual presence and set of guidelines that are allowing them to send a consistent message to their target audiences.
